The other sales assistants were lovely, the salary was realistic and the customers are amazing

Cons

Supervisors bully and intimidate the sales associate. Extreme power dynamic in the store which makes it an uncomfortable place to work. Store manager refuses to acknowledge this and address it when brought up. Supervisors and manager also keep a close eye on the security camera to watch sales assistants. Lots of nitpicking

Pros

Best team you’ll work with and really diverse. Sometimes issues keeping up with sales cycle in busy times and can be lots of pressure, but as far as retail jobs go it’s fun, ethical and you’ll make great friends.

Cons

Can be a bit cliquey.
