Great discounts, able to have the broken/damaged product for free.

Cons

The management team was insufferable. Despite telling them I had already approached customers that had explicitly said they wanted to be left alone, I was repeatedly told to pester them.

Cons

They poison the mice in the stockrooms on the Oxford street location. Hardly animal friendly.
