Pros

An amazing company, in smaller stores. Good staff discount. Great training on products. Opportunity to grow and progress, if you're liked. Great teams: the hiring process ensures that you're a good fit.

Cons

Flagship level not so great, you become lost in the sea of employees and management can be snappy. Management have a tendency to sugar coat or be rude. High turn-over. Company is quick to dismiss temps, and falsely promises employment (or gives the perception of this).
