      Lovely colleagues Amazing work environment (always came home smelling gorgeous) Incentives such as free gift boxes for highest sales etc. Great pay (£8.75 per hour) Very flexible and understanding shift patterns Great discount! (50%)

      A lot of up and down stairs re stocking items Everything has to be hand priced Small shop (difficult around busy xmas period)

      Pros

      You get a lot of skills and experience. You get credits for NCEA and a good and beverage service cert.

      Cons

      You either get way more hours than you asked for or they won’t up your hours when you do ask for more. I expected to be working 15 and would often work 30 hours. A lot of pressure to be fast and to work overnight. Hard job for what it pays and how long shifts are.
