      Good company to be but not to stay forever if you want to grow

      Pros

      Nice place to work for 2 or 3 years. Good staff discounts, Nice bonus scheme: Global dependent bonus every 3 months and 2 performance reviews every 6 months.

      Cons

      They have a lot of glass ceilings so don't expect to grow by merits. The work turns too static through the years. They expect you to be always available (even on holidays and weekends).

      Pros

      The training is brilliant, you get a whole week of sessions on the products and how to five star customer service. The ethos is amazing, you feel really great selling truly great products with good morals and values. The staff/my colleagues were lovely. You get 50% off all products, which during Christmas time was especially great as I bought all my presents there.

      Cons

      The quality of customer service is very high, so it can be quite strict. They are very strict about being punctual, you are expected to be early by five minutes and work right up to your time. During the Christmas period you will be on your feet all day with only a short break to sit down. It is intense but that is expected of the service industry. Some customers don't like the approaches you are trained to do, and can react negatively but this isn't the companies fault.
