      Amazing company with loads of benefits and they work so hard to develop and train the people that work their.

      Some managers could pick favourites and become a bit cliche, it would be good if there were more controls for this.

      - Working from home - Flexible working hours - 50% discount on Lush products

      Cons

      - Ran by people that have no idea what they are doing and are only in positions of power because they've been there since the start - Barely anyone cares or notices if people even turn up to work - Pays well under market value and doesn't understand how highly prized some of their staff's skills are - No transparency of any decisions being made by management, and employees tend to find out sometimes weeks after changes have been made - Employees' good natures are exploited and taken advantage of - Processes do not exist and any form of structure is unheard of - There doesn't appear to be any such thing as career progression - Couldn't organise a drinking session in a brewery
