Pros

Overall supportive environment, very hands on, encouraged to learn as much about the ingredients as possible and lots of opportunities for self development. Lots more interaction with kids than I realised when I started.

Cons

Management style is definitely changing post-covid and is more business focused than before, still, I believe, enjoyable compared to other retailers but it has definitely shifted and a lot of longer term employees are struggling a bit with the shift. If you have experience elsewhere I don't think this should be offputting tho tbh.

Pros

-Great ethics -Enjoyable work environment -Great benefits

Cons

-They’ve changed the training structure so it’s not as streamlined -Communicate with different departments is difficult -Different departments are heavily understaffed which leads to delayed support for retail teams
