Pros

The products are amazing and the employee discount is 50%. This company is not structured very well which is a pro because you are able to try new things and put systems into place. There are also opportunities to sometimes move to different positions and departments but that depends on who you are rather than how qualified you are. If you live away from the home office, you are able to get away with a lot and your time isn't always accounted for.

Cons

Not operated professionally, things are constantly being changed without proper communication or support. Not as environmentally friendly as they claim to be. They put on a happy face for the public but it doesn't seem to be that way behind the curtain. They do not develop their employees at all. This is of no interest to them. They will take all the positivity and energy out of their employees and toss them to the side when they see fit.

Pros

The discount. Period. It's the only reason to work there, as far as I'm concerned. The products are outstanding; I've used them for years.

Cons

They claim they promote from within - they do not. They do completely the opposite. There are no opportunities for advancement - as someone else commented similarly, there are no rewards for loyalty, seniority, job knowledge, sales ability. It's all about favortism. I hired in two years ago having the intention to become a manager - my organizational skills are outstanding and my product love and knowledge is way above average. After seeing how shop managers are treated - shabbily and sloppily - being a manager there is the last job I'd be interested in now, and couldn't recommend it at all to anyone else. Want a raise? Don't work here - you won't get one.
