Pros

:Discount :Teammates :Playing with bubbles

Cons

:Managers are incompetent :Expected to berate and force customers into trying product :Want everyone doing things (parties, events, etc) that are above and beyond their wage. :Clear and present favortism. If you can not guarantee that everyone will love you, don’t bother. At least don’t work at the West Ed location. :Drama is rampant and managers do nothing to set or uphold boundaries. :People that are supposed to be in charge of certain aspects of the business (stock) then take the day off that they are expected to be in charge and no one does anything about it, except put others in their place instead of holding that manager accountable. :other managers are so frail mentally, that stubbing their toe equals a breakdown. And I’m all for mental health and supporting each other, however if you can’t keep it together through call outs and other such issues, then you’re not fit to be a manager. Cause that’s the job. :DMs come in and stalk you when with customers, making it so uncomfortable and setting unreasonable expectations, then a different head office person comes through and you’re doing amazing things. Where’s the consistency with expectations. :No raises in 2023, finally got one in 2025, but again does not equal the workload. Might as well just become a dermatologist or pharmacist at this point, given lush’s expectations of employees knowledge levels.
