      Pros

      70% of the people I worked with were lovely I experienced 2/3 fantastic managers and 1/3 was not guided very well from her bosses, lots of emphasis on money money money which is not the lush way! Free stuff! Good discount Opportunities to work in other stores/events Charity work! Training Progression is fantastic if you want it and work hard

      More recently managers are very young and inexperienced Core values appear to be different to the lush I knew at the beginning of my employment i.e. making as much money as poss rather than giving customers great products and service to be proud of

      50% discount if you use the overpriced products. Some people enjoy the smell.

      Cons

      I worked in four shops, all of which were unprofessional. I tried to make a complaint about being bullied in store but was told I couldn't as I'd had complaints from at least four separate people saying I was bullying them. I injured myself whilst working here and these people lied about how long I was resting or medication taken due to this injury. Higher management are awful and clearly do not believe in their own ethics but have found a niche and intend to market it for all it is worth. Twice a year a "managers meeting" is held where every manager and assistant manager in the world is flown to a meeting together where new products are unveiled. So much for the environment eh?
