      Pros

      Decent pay, good hours, a lot of feedback on work given. Amazing training and good discount

      Cons

      Stressful and busy, very few breaks. Management were constantly stressed and took it out on staff - various people quit after having panic/anxiety attacks due to this. Feedback became constant criticism, sometimes every few minutes about petty and pointless things. Promised Christmas bonus when I joined but was given nothing.

      Discount. Great colleagues at peer level. Green initiatives. Animal Friendly.

      Cons

      Nepotism at senior level. Huge pay disparity between senior and mid level, as well as benchmarked against other companies. Despite appearances, a lot of sexism, racism, transphobia and close mindedness along with unprofessionalism.
