Pay is very good the discount is good if you like the product and being told thay mental heath doesn’t exist and should not effect you at all because the customer is all that matter The company makes money selling glorified dust

Cons

You are basically working in a cult where you are brain washed to think that lush is saving the world one bath bath bomb at the time Also they mainly hire white people and if you are white you will probably get promoted to a made up job in lush

Experienced Mgmt who understand that you are a human being & not a machine to slog all day long with unachievable targets.

Cons

Since the Dubai office was a small office there was not much growth career wise in the position.
