Pros

At lowe's you can leave your work at the office You can have a life outside of work but may need a part time subsidary income of sorts

Cons

pay incentives not good for a true sales professional, raises are small and hard to get off annual review My biggest challenge is that budgets can be unabtainable in some areas of the store

Pros

Varied Schedule so you didn't have to worry about making doctor's appointments, HR did notice the extra effort I was putting in, There was a real friendly relationship between all the workers. I was friends with more people at that job than any other job I've ever had.

Cons

The management wouldn't allow moving up without opening up hours. You could work your butt off and do a job higher than you, but they wouldn't move you or give you a raise for it. Some of the managers think that they are good's gift to management. The pay was okay, but couldn't live on it.
