Pros

Health Insurance is just fine.

Cons

Mentally draining job. Lack of training and management is constantly out of touch and not sure what their roles are at the store. Commissions are bad. You will be overworked and underpaid. Huge turnover at the store.

Pros

The training provided is structured and helpful, especially for new team members. The team is supportive and collaborative, making the day-to-day experience more enjoyable. There are opportunities for growth within the company, although career progression can be slow depending on the department and timing.

Cons

It can be difficult to take time off, especially during busy periods. The work environment is very fast-paced and sales-driven, which can create a high-pressure atmosphere on a regular basis.
