Luxury brand in Japan

Pros

To compare with the other luxury brand, the base pay was good. The total package was base pay+incentives which some of the luxury brand even didn't have incentives scheme. Training and mentor programme would help you to get used to the store.

Cons

The incentives scheme was changed a lot, and sales target also. Store incentive was barely could get. And there was a lot of events that you have to invite your VIP clients to attend.

Pros

Being part of such an iconic brand has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally, surrounded by creativity, excellence, and a strong sense of heritage.

Cons

it can be tough to find work-life balance during peak seasons. But overall, the opportunities and experiences have made it incredibly rewarding.

Pros

The store that I worked at had really good management, the store itself was beautiful and the coworkers were amazing.

Cons

The sales goals were a little unattainable.
