Pros

Beautiful work environment and desirable product. Work uniforms provided. Wonderful short term experience. Non commission environment allows for friendly work environment among coworkers.

Cons

Unrealistic and demotivating store goals, no individual sales rewards, no future growth within company. Unusual high turn around among sales associates and management. Managers don't lead by example and offer zero support. They don't respect associates. Any company bonus is a myth and impossible to achieve. Work overload is not equivalent to pay rate. Employees don't get luxury treatment. High expectations and low pay is demotivating.

Pros

The clients that you meet are amazing and working for a designer brand leads to you not having to do a lot to make the sell.

Cons

The managers can be very snobby and degrade you as an individual at times. I can't tell you how many times I've been made to feel less than by Emily at the Galleria Houston Location. The store is the best in the region, and they say that prideful but if you check the Yelp Reviews that clearly has nothing to do with the management and everything to do with the location.

Pros

Great co-workers. One hour lunch break. Great training.

Cons

Authoritarian managers. Lack of confidentiality regarding your work performance. Manager will share your performance skills with your co workers and will non stop complaining and whining about it like they were a "victim". This is a sale s job. You are selling purses but it's over the phone. It doesn't require a sophisticated mind. It's boring and it's not glamorous. You are working in a call center like one of those cable company.
