      Great environment but poor leadership and contract issues

      Pros

      Great working environment, and great people. My manager was a dream manager.

      Cons

      Gov. Contracts were written to fail by people who had no business writing those contracts. Leadership played favorites and promoted absolute idiots into roles they had no business in.
