      Good reputation, fairly competitive pay, largest defense contractor, multiple locations and programs

      Cons

      Promotions are based on time, not merit. Once you're acclimated to your job, you are unlikely to move unless a contract ends or is lost, even if you're not doing the job they originally told you that you would be doing.
