Pros

People love their jobs, the culture tries to make the employees happy, free food, a chance to collaborate with people from different departments, fun environment, maintains a small company feel even with 1000+ employees

Cons

The culture in headquarters doesn't always translate well to the global offices

It was good, until it wasn't

Pros

Company morale building events like InDays, parties and t-shirts for everything, free meals, fitness programs, on-site chair massages and car-detailing.

Cons

Disconnect between preached values and actual practice of those values. "Promoted by your peers" = promotion based on how much the management likes your personality, not based on merit or experience. Getting too big - turning into nameless existence; walking across the floor and not recognizing half the faces isn't the company culture I had when I started here. In experienced middle management.
