Great culture & values. All of the employees genuinely care about one another, and this makes for a productive and successful environment.

Cons

Be ready for lots of change...not necessarily a bad thing, but with new products being rolled out on a monthly basis, you must stay organized and be willing to adapt quickly.

We really do work hard and play hard. Great exec leadership team. Ridiculous amounts of free food/snacks/drinks. Lots of room to grow/develop position.

Cons

As with any growing company there's more work than time in the day. Not great work/life balance, but they try to make it as painless as possible.
