Pros

Money. Looking to leave soon :)

Cons

East Kent has terrible Area Managers. Need to watch your back. Can’t be trusted one bit. Constantly plotting who to demote or performance manage out the business. Can’t say anything critical or you’ll be seen as having the wrong attitude. Despite everyone saying and thinking the same. Worst company in retail by far to work for.

Pros

Pay is good and benefits are decent and work schedule is flexible depending on your department.

Cons

Senior Management or Managers should not have the title Manager, they have no experience in the field and do not know what they are doing at all. They pick and choice who they want to promote based off if they like you or not on personal level rather than based on experience and what you have done for the company. They keep bringing Germans over paying and treating them like kings and queens and treating the current US employees like door mats.
