Pros

They pay you very well

Cons

The pay is where it ends. They expect you to be at their every beck and call. They have no respect for people's personal lives or humanity. The business is failing because they tried to go to fast. When you ask a question of any management, the answer is almost always- I don't know, let me check. The management has no credibility.

Pros

- Good name to have on CV - You will develop bags of resilience due to having to deal with bad attitudes on a regular basis - Day goes quickly as far too much work / employee

Cons

- Incompetent management - makes it difficult to improve and progress - Hostile and aggressive culture - only way to succeed and progress is to simultaneously be a 'yes' man and act in a direct and aggressive manner - Grad scheme is non-existent - Admin work is monotonous, repetitive and not intellectually stimulating - Work life balance not encouraged - culture of doing overtime for the sake of it - Managers not able to support teams due to spending most of their time in (clearly not very helpful) meetings - No concern for employee wellbeing - Progression opportunities extremely limited
