Pros

Managers and former graduates were very kind and helpful during the recruitment event , A growing company which will expand to EEUU.

Cons

The contributory pension scheme doesn´t begin until the 2nd year, some of their graduate schemes are quite different from expected so ask them before applying. Travel expenses are not covered. Unless you have a degree in Enviromental health or related studies, don´t apply for the "Health&Safety" scheme because their work is mainly about food safety!! Their desired profile for a H&S professional must have an academic background related to environmental sciences. German speaking is not considered to be advantageous, even when there is the opportunity to spend 6 months at their International Head Office in Germany. No feedback is provided after the assesment session

Pros

It was a job, paid the bills for a while. Honestly the only positive thing I can say.

Cons

Bully-boy management style rife throughout the organisation, old school scaring and threatening of employees. Pass-the-buck Store Managers looking to find fault and blame for own shortcomings at every turn. Huge staff turnover, staff morale is on the floor. The worst experience of my 15 years working, by a mile. Laughable attempts to cover up the negative feedback from current and former employees as 'not being able for hard work' or 'you don't get paid for drinking coffee'. Regularly worked 60+ hours per week, still never enough. Awful, truly awful place to work. STAY AWAY

Pros

Good salary, flexible working, good colleagues

Cons

If you're not German or European you are will never climb. Make you feel replaceable.
