Cons
The contributory pension scheme doesn´t begin until the 2nd year, some of their graduate schemes are quite different from expected so ask them before applying. Travel expenses are not covered. Unless you have a degree in Enviromental health or related studies, don´t apply for the "Health&Safety" scheme because their work is mainly about food safety!! Their desired profile for a H&S professional must have an academic background related to environmental sciences. German speaking is not considered to be advantageous, even when there is the opportunity to spend 6 months at their International Head Office in Germany.
