Pros

15 days of PTO, 401k Plan

Cons

This company is an absolute disaster. No one knows what's going on- everyone's just trying to get to the next day. I have never worked in such a miserable enviroment. If you talk to anyone, in any department/ region, they will let you know how much they hate their job. Run away from this company as fast as you can. All you will receive is long hours and lots of broken promises.

Pros

Benefits are great and you can meet people from all over the world in one building

Cons

If you're not a white male good luck at a career path here. Work life balance does not happen either.

Senior Manager - Lidl U.S.

Pros

Definitely a lot of challenging and interesting work

Cons

Very few people in leadership positions have done business in the U.S. before, and they are trying to shoehorn their German processes into everything. They market themselves as a start-up, but employees have very little power to do anything to make necessary changes for running a successful business in this country. The communication between the U.S. and Germany is poor.
