Pros

you will learn a lot

Cons

no compensation for hard work, inexperienced so-called "managers" who just graduated from uni and been given a managerial position with zero knowledge and people management skills - killing people's motivation.

Pros

No pros no mention here.

Cons

By far the worst environment the I’ve ever been, staff work unhappy and they make sure to make you fell miserable and uncomfortable all the time, due to the lack of time pressure is put all over your shoulders and even though you work your best you’ll never be recognised by your team manager, big disappointment when it come to Lidl culture and police, I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

The salary is always paid on time without any delays. The warehouse itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The team of fellow warehouse workers is generally friendly and supportive, which makes the physical work a bit easier.

Cons

The work-life balance is poor because you are constantly asked to stay late after your shift. Management is very rigid and rarely makes concessions regarding personal schedules or requests. Furthermore, there is almost no room for promotion; even if you perform well as a Picker/Packer, you feel stuck in the same position indefinitely. Management loyalty toward employees is very low.
