Pros

good for a short term role to get some office experience (very popular with native germans or german graduates from english uni's) and then move on!

Cons

- terrible pay, you can do much better else where. - incredibly high turnover of staff (roughly one member of staff leaving per month on average) - management are unorganised, useless at making decisions and hire staff with no office experience or who are interested in only hanging around for 6 months before leaving. - managers do not motivate staff or offer positive feedback leaving staff feeling undervalued.

Pros

Well Paid Company car - fully expensed Manage your own schedule

Cons

Everything in done with pen and paper - bare-bones I.T. Unrealistic targets which are constantly increased if they are met. Work is duplicated at various levels - internally no one trusts each other Constant change in assigned tasks without any communication of the end goal Constantly pushed to be a mean manager, you are not allowed to show respect for colleagues.
