      Pros

      It is quite different in every branche but i have got kind colleagues

      Cons

      There could be better communication between other rayons, there will be a smaller gap between different branches. if a branche of an employee has a good idea for Lidl it would be nice to have a person who listen to your idea's and maybe report it directly to the main office. I think Lidl will grow through this step.
