Pros

Great salary package. Structured, supportive training. Hard work, great team work to achieve kpi's Honest introduction about what the job will be like from day one. Nothing is hidden from you. All staff are trained to work in all areas of the store. Assistant salary very good with great career prospects.

Cons

Hard physical work,but rewarding. Instore management need to step up to deliver achievable kpi's. Checkouts Operation needs improving. All can be improved with the right leadership.
