Pros

This is true: Good starting salary (however you are expected to work at least 10 hours per day at a minimum, so factor that in) Gym membership for $25 Company car for managers 401k after 6 months Health and dental insurance plan (you need to pay about $125 and up per month depending on what you choose)

Cons

This is true: Employees are overworked and under-appreciated Employees are intimidated by the upper management; this company is managed on fear Only white men in upper management and this is set in stone Disrespectful, hostile, and rigid work environment Flex hours are not true Unethical towards vendors To advance: you must be male, white, be busy sucking up to top management even if that means to sell out your co-workers; work minimum 11 hour days- from 9 am till 8 pm (very often even later than 8 pm) Most people are unhappy here (even the German high ups); there is no way anyone can stay optimistic in such negative environment This is a must: stay away; the alternative is that you sell yourself out or be miserable

Pros

5% 401k Match Good health care and commuter benefit Sr. managers get free cars with gas

Cons

The pay is way below market, unless you're manager and above. No work life balance, the open space concept allows the managers to monitor what time you come in and leave. If you are not present for at least 12 hrs/day, it means you don't care enough for your job. Some people don't do any work, just bs their way through. No recognition of hard work whatsoever. If you are white male or female with short skirts, you'll be promoted. HR don't take any complaints or resolve any issues. You are expected to come into the office during the snowstorm, even if the metro or buses don't run. Oh there's no telework policy so feel free to risk your life on a slippery highway. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you're 22 and want something in your resume.
