Pros

Working night shift, the money is good. Friendly colleagues.

Cons

Poor attention to well-being. In my experience, they always expect you to work faster and do more despite already being on the brink of not finishing on time.

Good for money, bad for health

Pros

- great pay - most likely to make friends with some of your co workers -If you enjoy a job where everyday TRULY looks different this is good…ish

Cons

- if you’re part time they’ll eventually treat you as full time or no time, I was on a 20h contract — some months I’d be on 35-40 hours some I’d be on 4-6 hours. - Not enough good management and they constantly move. I had 5 store managers under 2 years and only one was decent. Shift and deputy managers are a roulette by itself, sometimes you get great ones, sometimes you wonder how they’re managers. -Depending on management, it can be very flexible or not. - you’ll be picking up slack from everyone else if you’re unlucky to be placed with a bad team. -so much more but it is because I was placed with people who were utterly useless.
