Pros

None at all. Avoid this company

Cons

You are made to work like a slave . Stores are intentionally understaffed so you end up doing work for 3 people .First week I started working , duty manager and colleagues ganged up on me making me feel detached and unwelcome in the team because I refused to work beyond my stated number of hours on my contract. They are a very exploitative company and wouldn't wish my worst enemy to work there. Lidl epitomises Modern Day Slavery in the retail industry. Avoid at cost
