      Pros

      Good pay is the only reason I'm still there and there not too bad in fitting my shift around my baby's child care although I do have to swap shift a lot.

      Cons

      BULLIES.... management have done nothing to help a colleague of mine to stop the bullying happening and they are in management. Also get called useless a lot as I'm 5ft 2 and can't reach top of pallets or top shelf. Also I have only been off maternity 1 month and I'm getting penalised for not knowing where everything is. I cover a lot of other people's evening shifts when they don't turn up and get no thanks..... I feel as thou I'm used as a puppet for them all to pick on and talk about. I hate going to work but I feel like I'm stuck.

      Horrible Experience

      Pros

      Lidl US has a nice bakery.

      Cons

      Training was a nightmare. I was hired as PT and expected to "study PLUs at home". Trainer was inappropriate, unsupportive and rude. Never saw my manager or was able to speak with him. HR refused to assist with mileage reimbursement. I have never in all my career heard an HR representative so out of line.

      Leadership is a mix of 1) Europeans that do not know anything about the US grocery market AND 2) recent college grad frat bros that do not know anything about anything.
