Those in leadership roles are clearly unfit for them, promoted based on a sense of internal favoritism versus merit. Years of strategic confusion led to many poor real estate decisions, driven largely by the ineptitude of those entrusted to manage. No incentive for real success. Poor sense of identity.

Very physically demanding work. Poor work-life balance due to shortage of employees. Supervisors end up working long hours to make up for absent/sick employees. While the pay is good, it's not always a healthy work environment where a few end up holding up the work constantly. The overload of a very physical job ends up building resentment and creates a lot of conflict. Unfortunately, many manager and supervisors aren't very experienced or professional enough to work to address employee conflict and end up creating a more toxic work environment.
