Pros

Liberty Mutual is an upstanding company, led by people with high moral standards and integrity. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would gladly return to work for them.

Cons

The size of the company might scare some people, but it is a very well run company.While the size might be daunting, I never felt I was a "number".

stability, great benefits, believes in autonomy in their employees (at least in my dept), ongoing education, growth, opportunity for travel

Cons

In my area, there is little opportunity for advancement unless someone retires or leaves the department, so what else can one do but leave the company in order to get significant raises?

-A strong advocate of corporate responsibility -Managers and coworkers were extremely helpful Overall, this company was a great company to work for. They really do take the time and effort to treat their employees with the utmost respect and managers and coworkers are all extremely helpful and friendly. I was really glad and an extremely fortunate to have this company as a stepping ground for my career development.
