Pros

Pay is slightly above standard as far as insurance sales go.

Cons

Commission structure changes constantly. It literally changed as I went through training and 4 more times in my two years here. My specific department is ACT don't get suckered into that you'll do far better in normal inbound. Leads that are purchased for my queue don't want insurance. I've had 3 managers in the past 4 months. Goals went from 35 a month to 80 on the latest commission structure. if you're applying for a normal "inbound" position then the goals are over 110 right now. Work Environment isn't the worst however you basically have to "log" when you go to the restroom. Meaning you're either at your desk the entire day or you will hear from management. They use to be flexible with scheduling but not any more. I'm normally not one to complain about my employer but this is typically how a commission job works it's "amazing" when you get there but over time the higher ups want more in their pockets so structure changes form rep making a lot of money to rep doing more work to make less.

Pros

Nothing positive - avoid this company

Cons

-Old-boys club mentality -HR and Compliance Line are useless - nothing gets addressed -Say they're pro-women and diversity, but in practice they are not -Mostly male leadership team focused on protecting bad behavior of men rather than addressing issues

Pros

Amazing benefits and a lot of control over your schedule.

Cons

They promise you will make 100k. The majority don't and a lot of the ones who do cheat and risk loosing their license. Management finds indirect ways of telling their employees to cheat to boost their sales. Definitely a boys club. There are a lot of men in supervisor positions. Many of whom feel entitled to hit on the women the work with and make comments about their body, sexual life, etc. I had four situation that I reported, none were handled or resolved. The men treat other men great. The men treat the women who are okay with getting on board with their boys-club band wagon well. If you are a descent looking girl it is hard to feel comfortable in Liberty's call center. I work in the Florida call center. The Texas call center was sued for sexual harassment last year.
