      What a company

      Pros

      I am a sales assistant but have been given latitude to create A Mini Maker Faire in my store. I am also a « Share Ambassador » (Ambassadeur de Partage). It is probably the best company I have worked for in my career. There is a wonderful ambience and trust. The employee is placed at the centre of the work ethic and management.

      Cons

      Talent spotting is not always great. Thinking outside of the box is hard.
