- Leadership has many vices and tends to blame employees for poor management decisions - People are labelled as good or bad, according to their "godfather"

Pros

It's a pity but nothing special to mention.

Cons

It was a toxic environment with low salaries where each week another employee either quit or was fired. The atmosphere was so oppressive that people avoided even saying "good morning," in case this could jeopardize their own job security.

Company basing on good communication between people. Mamy employees staying long within the company +10years. Employees often help each other.

Cons

Not up to date systems - more effectiveness needed. No "inflation" raised. Conflicts within departaments in HQ. Not enough resources to finish projects that are forced to be implemented by Adeo (mother company). Controlling structure not prepared for current challenges.
