      I wasn’t there for long, only a year but it wasn’t a great experience. I also felt that the management is using people that just arrived in Paris and have no clue how thing work over here. But then probably and hoped a lot has changed since my departure

      Thank you for the feedback, even if the experience was not what you expected. We always try to be better in the aim to give the best experience to the employees. It’s why we have an annual company survey. In 2018, 89% of our employees had a good satisfaction of Lengow. We know we have to keep improving and as you still an employee, I’m available to talk with you and find a way to solve problems. I hope you will feel better in the company very soon. Regarding management subject, it’s very important to help our team managers in their position. In this way, all of them have a training on the subject with a specialized company. At the end, I think there is sadest place on earth ;)
