Pros
- Plenty of the staff are really nice - Work is OK, and work expectations are reasonable - Plenty of parking at head office
Cons
- Not much opportunity for advancement unless you're willing to relocate overseas, which makes it hard to be motivated long-term - Most of Legrand's senior leadership is imported from other branches overseas, and use their roles to advance their careers before moving back overseas. - I'd say the pay is below average - Don't believe in flexible work arrangements unless legally mandated
