Pros

The people are nice. Decent opportunities for growth. Pretty good benefits.

Cons

They once announced in an all-hands meeting that they strive to transfer their interns to full-time after 6 months. I was an intern for 12 months while in school, and then another 12 months after graduation before they hired me full-time. I had to threaten to leave for another job before they gave me an offer. When the offer finally did come, it was less than what they were offering the year before to engineers of less experience. I am not the first case where this has happened. I had a couple other friends there that had to threaten to leave before getting an FTE offer. Good for internship opportunity, but don’t stay for long.
