      In Saudi Arabia they really have serious problems in terms of vision and mission and hiding the results. - Management intend to buffer employees from basic knowledge to grow, they ghost employees , love divide to conquer method. - no work life balance, burnout is common and they always come up with stories to excuse their failure. - they refuse to hire Saudi's even when when there is poison can be filled.
