      Pros

      Most leaders encourage ownership and accountability at the various skill levels. Communication regarding corporate performance and the current initiatives is very good. Social media presence is great - interesting and well-done content!

      Cons

      Better communication across the various business units (brands), the different offices, and even at the department level is needed. So many platforms to communicate, it's hard to know where to look! (Yammer, Salesforce, Sharepoints, Chatter, etc.)

      Great Place for a Career - Not "JUST a Job"

      Pros

      Legrand is a large electrical manufacturer that provides solutions that satisfy the needs of many aspects of the electrical industry. Solutions that span from the home owner to the industrial plant, from the education market to healthcare, from commercial buildings to hospitality. Legrand understands that it is the customer experience that must be satisfied. They are a leader in innovation and the only electrical manufacturer to be listed in the Forbes Top 100 Most Innovative Companies.

      Cons

      Only cons are that it is a large matrixed organization which produces unique challenges that also companies of this magnitude present.

      Pros

      Legrand values development and education of emerging leaders to ready them for future leadership opportunities. It is refreshing to see the dedication from current leaders in terms of time and effort in educating and coaching employees with high potential. The company encourages lateral movements and relocation to accommodate career growth and employee satisfaction.
