In terms of upward mobility, graduates from our Digital Marketing Program have gone onto roles such as Product Marketing Specialist, Digital Account Manager, and Sr. Marketing Communications Manager.
Over the past several months, we've been responding to employee feedback as part of an effort to make Legrand a great place to work with a focus on our associates' individual growth. As a result, each employee creates a personal development plan with his or her manager which includes future career goals.
