      Organized warehouse and easy to learn system and self train process

      Cons

      Bad management and poor poor training company managemen use others to train lower waged employees once lower wage employees are trained upper wage employees layed off without notice with major management favoritism. Worst company to grow and gain management growth.

      can not say any positive part about the company, because nothing is positive in this company for good employer, but yes the candidate who has got rejected from numbers of company and did not get any opportunity, He/ She can join.

      company culture is very toxic only because of lobby scheme, no work life balance, highly unprofessional and Non compliance, Highly unethical. management decision and quality both are horrible, appraisal based on lobby not from performance. Highly Gender bias
