      Bi-weekly pay. Mid management is fairly personable.

      You are just a number; a lamb to the slaughter. To succeed you must put the company and the companies priorities first. Also, you should be white.

      Pros

      I was given a lot of leeway to put my mark on my department and develop my own path. The engineering department was great, even if stretched thin. IT support usually left something to be desired and pay could be better. There was a good safety culture and a workable framework for coaching/progressive discipline. All of the tools to be successful are there, it is up to the manager to use them appropriately

      Cons

      I wish there was a little more operational support for area leaders. It was difficult to get support for issues originating from Customer Support, Manufacturing, or other external partners. The pay was low for the workload
