      The company offers flexibility with working hours, which makes balancing work and personal life much easier. The benefits are great, and our office is well-equipped, providing a comfortable environment. Additionally, the team is great, and we work well together, fostering a sense of collaboration and support

      Cons

      There is currently no option for remote work, which could be a limitation for some employees. Additionally, while the work environment is positive, the salary may feel lower compared to the workload and industry standards.
