      Pros

      Warm, family atmosphere. Legrand takes talent development seriously for early in career, emerging leaders and execs. Senior leadership is super-focused yet very approachable.

      Cons

      Some core systems are not integrated with each other and are not state-of-the-art. This can make some work more manual and less efficient.

      - strong operational & tactical approach by division but low on strategic planning - not highly engaged with employees - very selective re: open and proactive communications

      Global presence, stable industry, career opportunity, much change and movement due to aggressive acquisition strategy

      Cons

      leadership and development are not a priority of this organization, some senior leaders are outstanding others are products of too many promotions without being accountable for real results (a dangerous combination)
