      Legrand's Early In Career Marketing and Sales Rotational program is an unparalleled experience by far. Not many companies invest so much into young professionals giving them opportunity to cultivate their professional and personal life. Compared to many other young professionals working elsewhere, Legrand’s Early in Career program gives you a head start and professional exposure that is unmatched.

      Cons

      Being extremely nitpicky: In certain locations being the youngest employee in the office can get lonesome at times. However, you are receiving phenomenal exposure many young professionals do not have the opportunity to experience at the beginning of their careers. No major downsides, working for Legrand been a great experience thus far.
