      It's all about the money

      Pros

      Pay is ok, benefits are basic but expensive, there is a 401K and the company does match up to 3%, vacation is 2 weeks starting..great people.

      Cons

      Lately the company cares more about the profit then the emplomployees working in manufacturing. Seems like the office employees are treated better then manufacturing.

      Quick process - 2 rounds of interview and got the offer 3rd week. Good team especially for those new in the field

      Cons

      Software team is on the smaller side, and spread out and assigned to different brands. Can get tough if you are looking for a mature level team experience
