      None, except for an understanding boss because of whom I could stick to the organisation.(I was lucky)

      Cons

      Lot of politics, Deep differentiation between parent company employees & other sister concerns(acquired company's staff). HR is non-existent. Resigning & relieving process is hell a lot difficult and one needs to prepare atleast 6 months in advance, then also there is no surety that you will be relieved on the assured date.

      Good company.., good job.., friendly team.., clever chief..! Get experience with the customer service and teamwork! Some of them are a part of my life today. Missing them!
